Features
Servo Step Forming
Two servo lifting motors adjust the step height for leaf-and-a-half doors.
Servo Step Pre-milling
Dual servo pre-milling follows the door step height to remove burrs before banding.
Heating Lamp
Heats the workpiece before gluing to support edge-band adhesion.
Upper Gluing
An upper glue pot feeds adhesive downwards for even coating and convenient cleaning.
Quick Melting
Pre-melts adhesive granules and uses automatic liquid-level sensing to replenish the upper glue pot.
Servo L-Shaped Pressing
Servo positioning adjusts the pressing unit to different step thicknesses.
Rough Trimming
Removes excess edge band in preparation for fine trimming.
End Cutting
Trims the front and rear ends of the edge band.
Fine Trimming
Refines the upper and lower edges into rounded corners.
Scraping
Removes trimming ripple marks from the upper and lower edges.
Flat Scraping
Floating scraping removes steps and glue marks for a flush edge.
Buffing
Cloth buffing wheels polish the edge band and remove fine marks.
PLC Control
One-button process start with automatic counting of edge banding length and working time.
