Features
Heavy-Duty Frame
The clamping beam is welded to the bed. The frame is heat-treated for structural stability.
Twin Heavy-Duty Upper Drill Group
2 upper drill groups, each with 12 vertical and 8 horizontal drilling positions.
Side Aligning Device
Positions and clamps the panel from the side before drilling.
Air Floating Table
An air floating table with a phenolic-resin surface reduces panel movement resistance.
Intelligent Grippers
Dual clamps incorporate an air-blowing function to remove dust and chips from the panel.
Heavy-Duty Lower Drill Group
Nine drill bits process holes on the underside of the panel.
Upper & Lower 3.5 kW Spindles
Upper and lower 3.5 kW spindles perform grooving and milling on both panel surfaces.
Automatic Tool Changing
Automatic tool switching supports continuous machining.
Rear Unloading Platform
A brush belt transfers the panel to the conveyor. The conveyor stops at the photoelectric sensor for manual removal.
