Features
Pre-milling
Designed to mill away surface burrs, ensuring tight band contact and improved edge bonding performance.
Gluing

Export · Upper glue pot
The export configuration uses an upper glue pot that can be changed quickly.
Pressing
The pressing unit applies continuous, even pressure so the edge band bonds tightly without hollow gaps, warping or peeling.
End Cutting
The reinforced end-cutting unit trims the front and rear edges quickly and smoothly for consistent accuracy.
Rough Trimming
Rough trimming rapidly removes excess edge banding and prepares a uniform surface for final finishing.
Fine Trimming
The fine-trimming unit rounds and refines the upper and lower edges of the panel.
Corner Rounding
The corner-rounding unit trims all four corners into smooth arcs to improve safety and finished appearance.
Scraping
The scraping unit removes trimming ripples so the upper and lower edges are smoother and cleaner.
Buffing
Cloth buffing wheels remove fine marks and improve the gloss of the finished edge.
