10 L Gluing Unit

The documented 10 L gluing unit applies glue for the pressing process with controlled delivery.

Rough Trimming

Profiling followers and high-speed motors remove excess edge material from the upper and lower sides of the panel.

Fine Trimming

Fine-trimming cutters refine the top and bottom panel edges, with the corner radius adjusted for the required finish.

Edge Scraping

The scraping unit follows the trimming sequence to refine the edge surface before final polishing.

Polishing

Cotton polishing wheels remove residual glue and improve the smoothness of the finished edge.

Upper Dual Transfer

The upper heat-transfer unit covers the original glue line and refines the transition between the panel face and edge.

Lower Dual Transfer

The lower heat-transfer unit covers the lower glue line for a more consistent door-frame finish.

Grooving Units 1-5

The first five units perform two upper horizontal cuts, two lower horizontal cuts and one vertical cut-off process.

Grooving Units 6-8

The final three units process the weather-strip groove and two decorative-line grooves.

Feed Drive

The 5.5 kW feed reducer motor is controlled by an independent variable-frequency drive with motor braking.
